SHEImpact is a program implemented by Gemini Africa, in partnership with UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund), created to support women who want to turn their personal experiences or passion into real social impact.

Whether you’ve faced gender-based violence yourself, or you’ve seen it around you and want to take action — we’re here to back you up. ,If you’ve got an idea, a story, or even just a strong feeling that something needs to change for women in your community — this is your space.

لو عندك فكرة أو حلم إنك تساعدي سيدات زيك يواجهوا تحديات حقيقية في حياتهم… لو مريتي بتجربة صعبة أو عندك حسّ بالمسؤولية تجاه اللي حواليكي… برنامج تأثيرها جاي مخصوص علشانك.تأثيرها هو برنامج مقدم من جيمناي أفريقيا وبالشراكة مع صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان، هدفه إنه يدعم ستات عندهم الشغف، واللي عايزين يحوّلوا التجربة لصوت، والألم لقوة، والفكرة لحل حقيقي.

Who Can Apply? | مين تنفع تقدم؟

Women aged 20 to 50 years old
Living in Cairo, Alexandria, Beni Suef, Fayoum, or Qena
You don’t need to have a full business — just an idea that’s already taken its first steps
You’ve either experienced GBV or want to work on solving issues related to it in your community
Most importantly: You’re passionate, driven, and ready to start!

من القاهرة، إسكندرية، بني سويف، الفيوم، أو قنا.
عندها فكرة مشروع أو بدأت تخطو خطوات بسيطة، زي بحث، استبيان، أو تجميع أفكار.
مش لازم تكوني مخلّصة خطة عمل كاملة — الأهم إنك عندك شغف حقيقي ومستعدة تشتغلي على فكرتك.
سواء مريتي بتجربة شخصية أو شفتي تحديات بتواجه البنات في المجتمع، ده مكانك.

Hands-on training to grow your leadership and entrepreneurship skills
One-on-one support and mentoring from experts in business and social impact
Help shaping and developing your idea — whether it’s brand new or already up and running
Networking opportunities with people and organizations that can support your journey
Workshops on gender-based violence and how to turn personal experience into empowerment
A final showcase event in Cairo where you’ll get to present your project to supporters and stakeholders

تدريب عملي على الريادة والقيادة.
دعم شخصي وفني من ناس خبرة في البزنس والمجال الاجتماعي.
جلسات إرشاد علشان تطوري مشروعك أو تطلقيه من البداية.
فعاليات للتواصل مع ناس ممكن يدعموك أو يساعدوك تكبّري فكرتك.
ورش توعية عن العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي، وازاي ممكن نحول التجربة لتأثير إيجابي.
وفي الآخر، فعالية كبيرة في القاهرة لعرض فكرتك قدام جهات ممكن تؤمن بيكي وبمشروعك.
