This program in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation aims to build the capacity of underserved startups in Upper Egypt from the early stage to the validation phase by untapping & unlocking business opportunities.
This program will include several modules that will be provided to participating entrepreneurs over a period of 6 weeks by experts (coaches & mentors) in the field
1. Introduction to lean methodology.
2.Design thinking and problem stating.
3.Value proposition and business modeling.
4.Branding.
5.Marketing.
6.Finance.
7.Social Media and Growth hacking.
8.Pitching.
In addition to the modules, entrepreneurs will have a follow up session with designated coaches that will help them apply and practice the weekly modules.
1.Age: 18 - 40.
2.Gender: all.
3.Founding team: at least 2 founders.
4.Must have a prototype.
5.Must have a revenue-generating business model.
6.Must have a social, environmental, or economic aspect to it (inclusion, providing job opportunities, providing a vital product or service, use and rfecycle waste material)
7.Scalability and novelty of the product.
8.Preferably from Upper Egypt.
Can commit to the program either online or offline.
